'Sourced' is a farm-to-table dinner series created by Aman Dosanj and The Paisley Notebook that is re-imagining what it means to eat with hyper-local dinners that tell one edible story at a time. The pop up series made the Top 3 in the 'Remarkable Experience' category at the BC Tourism Industry Awards earlier this year, too.
Join me on Sunday, July 1 for an immigrant's guide to Canada Day at Roche Wines in Penticton (at the beginning of the Naramata Bench). During the night of edible storytelling we'll meet Pénélope and Dylan, tour their winery, then feast on a French-Inspired Indian menu paired with their beautiful organic wines.
If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions (including vegetarian), please email email@example.com. This event features a set menu, which won't be shared until each course is up (I like surprises). What I will say is that this will be a very meat-centric menu with a fair lashing of butter too!
Arrive at 5:30 PM for a 6:00 PM dinner (please and thank you). There is plenty of parking at the venue. This is a +19 years old event.
