The Oregon Collection
Six wines from Winter's Hill fruit in the Dundee Hills, made by hand on the Naramata Bench. Free shipping on the six-bottle bundle in B.C. and Alberta.
Twenty years ago, Dylan and Russell Gladhart studied winemaking together in Burgundy. Russell now farms Winter's Hill, an estate in the Dundee Hills, in the heart of the Willamette Valley. We've visited him over the years and always talked vaguely about making something together.
When the January cold left us short of fruit in 2024, Russell offered us some of his, giving us the chance to keep the cellar running in a vintage that otherwise might have brought things to a halt.
We made six wines from his fruit, here at our winery on the Naramata Bench, and we're genuinely thrilled with how they turned out. You can try all six in one bundle, with free shipping in B.C. and Alberta. Or mix and match and get free shipping when you spend over $200.

Chardonnay 'Tradition' 2024
New release · Dundee Hills, Oregon
The fruit is pure and restrained, combining zesty lemon with crunchy green apple and Anjou pear. The oak follows suit, adding a delicate accent of toasted clove and nutmeg. It’s hard not to see a Chablis-like quality to the wine, both bright and elegant, with a distinctive minerality drawn from Dundee Hills’ volcanic soils.
Pinot Gris 'Tradition' Willamette Valley 2024
91 points · Anthony Gismondi, Gismondi on Wine
“The Pinot Gris Tradition is all Oregon in 2024, and it's an impressive rendition made by Dylan Roche… Pears, peaches, and honeysuckle with vibrant acidity are the blueprint for a beautifully balanced white wine you won't want to miss.”
Pinot Gris 'Artist' 2024
94 points · Leah Spooner
“It opens with perfumed aromas of mango peel and mountain air. On the palate, this Gris is bold and unapologetic as it buzzes with electric acidity and boasts prominent minerality at the forefront. Notes of starfruit, pear and almond chime in and continue at length on an everlasting finish.”
Also 90 points, Anthony Gismondi: “One of the best replacement gris I have tasted in 2024.”
Pinot Blanc 'Artist' 2024
94 points · Leah Spooner
“Delicate aromas of melon and kiwi introduce this collaborative 'Art Series' Pinot Blanc from Roche wines. Palatable intrigue begins with an intense wash of expansive mineral texture blended with bright acidity and lemon and grapefruit notes. A gentle, almond skin grip towards a long finish.”
Pinot Noir 'Artist' Willamette Valley 2024
91 points · Anthony Gismondi, Gismondi on Wine
“The colour is medium-pale, with darker threads of blue/black fruit, subtle oak spice… The tannins are refined, the palate silky, favouring elegance over power. The finish is lively and super Oregon savoury.”
Pinot Noir 'Tradition' Dundee Hills 2024
90 points · Anthony Gismondi, Gismondi on Wine
“There is lovely richness here and a rare combination of ripe fruit and fresh forest floor that speaks to Oregon's volcanic Jory soils. Red fruited and lively, you get clarity of fruit with slippery tannins and savoury bright acidity.”
Also 90 points, WineAlign National Judging Panel, 2026 National Wine Awards of Canada.
