CHÂTEAU 2022
Drawing from the savoir-faire of six generations of winemaking in Bordeaux, CHÂTEAU 2022 is the 7th vintage of a new tradition of Grand Vin. Unfined and unfiltered.
Tasting Notes
"Cool-toned and savory, with cassis, currant, mint, red plum, pepper and a faint herbal-hemp note. The palate is medium-full and well-shaped, with Cabernet-family lift and a tidy tannic frame. More complex than plush, and better for it; a composed, food-friendly Okanagan red." Evan Goldstein, MS
Food Pairing
Lamb shanks grilled on grapevine wood. Harvest-fresh squashes and brussel sprouts. Pan-fried sweet breads. Anniversaries, best friends.
