Tasting Notes
Full bodied with perfumed honeysuckle, fragrant peach, ripe apricot, and potpourri spice. There's a rod of potent lemon verbena giving backbone, and a lovely dusting of white pepper stringing out the finish.

Enjoy with seafood, poultry or rich cream dishes.
Terroir
Plantings from Penticton West Bench, a distinct glaciated terrace characterized primarily by glacial silt and gravelly sandy loam.
Winemaking
Gently pressed whole cluster. French oak barrels (35% new) for a long, cool fermentation. The wine completed ML conversion.
Aging
Aged for 9 months on gross lees with no bâtonnage.
