Subtlety is a virtue. This refined and elegant wine is made in the central European style, with restrained tree fruits on the nose. It fills the mouth with abundant satiny texture, and shows crunchy hazelnuts and tarragon on the finish. An excellent food wine.

 

Tasting Notes & Food Pairing

Retrained aromas with satin mouthfeel. Savoury palate with high alcohol and moderate acid. Pair with a tarte flambée with caramelized onions and speck bacon. Vegetable pakoras and tamarind sauce.
