Pinot Noir 'Tradition' 2021
Our Pinot Noir is sourced from the west-facing slopes of the Kozier vineyard. This site enjoys the perfect synergy of a warm microclimate with cool soils ensuring a long even ripening. Hand-harvested at just the right time to avoid overripening.
Tasting Notes
A particularly delicate vintage with crisp cranberry, crunchy minerality, sagebrush, with gravity-defying tannins. Influenced by cloud cover and subtle forest smoke, 2021 became our lightest ever Pinot Noir, reflecting our family’s winemaking expertise and deft adaption to our ever-changing terroir.
Food Pairing
Tandoor chicken, vindaloo, fire-roasted rotis. Garlic conflict spread on baguette. Card games.
